Ales are our jam and that leaves us tons of room for creativity. As our Alesmiths Rick & Sloane wrestle yeast, manipulate temperatures, and choose grains & hops, they do it in a way they think locals will appreciate. They believe hard work tastes better and put a whole lot of effort making sure that comes through in every sip. We are a small batch brewery so on any given day you may find three, four or even eight of the brews below on tap but rarely all. Plan on dropping in often!
A full-bodied, dark red ale. Lightly hopped to highlight its earthy tones, our flagship brew is characterized by warm maltiness and hints of caramel. All this coupled with a creamy finish make the Honourable Member Red popular whenever and wherever people gather.
The Half an Enchilada IPA is a full-bodied local favorite and our main-stay IPA. Brewed with a specially chosen blend of hops to bring notes of citrus, pine, and subtle pepper and balanced with a maltiness that result in a deliciously unique and characterful IPA.
A local taproom favourite, Picadilly Pale Ale is anything but light on flavour. Moderately hopped and carefully balanced, it is crisp and thirst-quenching, with hints of stone fruit and pine. A clean, refreshing finish and lingering lacing on your glass will have you calling for another.
Velvety, roasty, and robust, this milk stout is a love letter to local. Infused with Picadilly Coffee Roaster Dark Hollows beans soaked in Sussex Craft Distillery Golden Rum. This smooth black aromatic brew converts many a coffee lover - join the dark side for a deliciously irresistible experience.
The Bay Trippin' Blonde is a light-bodied mildly hopped blonde ale with subtle spice, delicate floral notes, and a crisp finish. Versatile enough to pair with everything from Barbequed Brats to fresh Lobster. Perfect for warm summer days along the Bay of Fundy and beyond.
Love in a Canoe Light Lagered Ale is clean and crisp with a subtle malt flavour. This crystal clear easy-drinking ale with low bitterness is perfect for those days when you want a little less to have a little more without sacrificing the quality and flavour you appreciate.
LBS Kölsch is a german styled beer brewed to deliver notes of spice and fruitiness like an ale with a crisp, clean finish of a lager. Brewed in homage - both to the original German brewmasters and to our neighbour and Local Bike Shop, Outdoor Elements. (47)
Fair to Middlin' Blueberry Berlinerweiss is a refreshing German-style wheat sour beer. With a beautiful purple hue of the real fruit purée that also lends a touch of sweetness and a beautiful aroma to balance the mouth-puckering sourness. Undoubtedly delicious and refreshingly tart.
A traditional German Gose. This sour beer has hints of saltiness and coriander. With its clean finish, it is great on its own or as the perfect base for fruit purees like raspberry, blueberry, and peach.
These specialty beers only make their appearance at specific times of year. Catch them while you can!

White Out Hefeweizen is a refreshing light wit beer with a spicy aroma of cloves and banana. Light in colour but full bodied and delighful.
Rick can still hear his dad's voice bellowing "Hop To It!" when he is working away. This DIPA will most certainly put a little hop in your day. It is full bodied and balanced with a blend of magnum, centennial, and cascade hops. For that aromatic punch, the brew is dry hopped Czech Saaz hops. This brew makes its appearance every year around Easter.

Brewed for the holidays, we made sure this Blonde Ale was a crowd pleasing approachable style. An easy-drinking beer without any dominating malt or hop characteristics which clears the way for the juiciness of the added cranberry (grown locally at Sunberry in Maugerville) and the festive red tinge it brings.
These are very limited edition beers that may be in the vault for some time before they reappear. That's what makes them so special!
